The lessons are very good. However, the course is very old and unorganized. The lessons don’t have progressive development.
I finished the course and i can say it’s Great! you can learn at your own time and place
I really enjoyed learning this I think it would have been nice to be offered some online classes so that they could really help with some positions otherwise fab course definitely recommend it.
I’m glad that it’s cheap because it’s a lot of content I have to learn but I do enjoy it. Yoga really does make me feel at peace
