Course Overview

If you currently work or are planning to work in the health and social care sector, then you will need to have excellent care planning and record-keeping skills. In this course, you will learn what a care plan is, as well as the national standards, requirements and guidelines for Care Planning and Record Keeping. 

This course will equip you with the skills to become a competent professional in your field by introducing best practices that must be followed for effective care planning and patient documentation management.  

Please note that this course is an introductory training course ideal for those starting out in this profession. It does not, however, entitle you to practice as a professional in this specific field. Additional training and certification will be required to fully qualify to work in the IT sector.

The learners have to successfully complete the assessment of this course to achieve the CPD QS certificates. Digital certificates can be ordered for only £10. The learner can purchase printed hard copies inside the UK for £29, and international students can purchase printed hard copies for £39.
