The learner has already paid £59 towards the CPD hard copy certificate. This £83 payment covers the remaining balance for the Level 5 QLS Certificate.
The QLS certificate will be issued as a hard copy and will include a transcript. No course retake or additional exam is required. Certification is processed following the required QLS verification procedure.
