I payed for a retake of final exam and still have not been able to retake it
I REALLY ENJOYED THE SIPLE WAY THE TOPICS ARE TREATED FOR EASY ASSIMILATION. I HAVE REFERRED SOMEONE TO THIS COURSE AND SHE IS ALMOST COMPLETING HER COURSE.
MY SORROW LIES IN THE FACT THAT I WAS TOLD TO PAY FOR THE RETAKE OF THE FINAL EXAM WHICH I HAD NOT EVEN WRITTEN. I WAS TOLD I WROTE BUT COULD NOT SUBMIT. THE EXAM I WROTE BUT COULD NOT SUBMIT WAS THE 2ND MOCK EXAM. I ACTUALLY THOUGHT I WAS STILL TAKING MORE MOCK EXAMS TO TRY HOW FAR I HAVE LEARNT IN THIS COURSE BUT I COULD NOT SUBMIT THE SECOND TEST BECAUSE OF NETWORK FAILURE.
I WAS TOLD TO PAY 5.99 POUNDS FOR AN EXAM I HAD NOT EVEN ATTEMPTED. I WAS MARKED ZERO. I COMPLAINED VIA THE MESSAGE CHAT BUT I HAD TO PAY THE RETAKE FEE OUT OF FRUSTRATION. DETAILS OF MY INVOICE BELOW:
